Location was great, close to family and just a stroll to the mall. The room was comfy and spacious!

King of Prussia is a treasure trove of eats! The Corner Bakery Cafe had some killer chopped salads that hit the spot after a long day. Plus, the staff was super friendly, making my stays there feel like catching up with old friends.

However, I faced a hiccup when I asked for additional washcloths late at night. I was told to trek down to the desk. But with a little persistence, they finally arrived. Just a minor bump in an otherwise shiny stay!

Upon entering, I noticed the sliding door to my room was left unlocked, which felt a bit off. My room had a strong disinfectant odor, and the bathroom had a slippery tub that could pose a hazard. Breakfast left something to be desired-minimal options meant only sausage patties for protein and nothing substantial in the way of fruits or other warm items. There were minor cleanliness issues. I spotted a few dead bugs under a chair and fewer towels than expected for showering.

The location is fantastic, being just a short walk away from great shopping options. We booked the One-Bedroom King Suite, which offered plenty of space and a nice work area. The gym facilities were impressive, and the staff were always ready to help. However, the kitchen was lacking basic supplies, which was surprising for a suite. Overall, it was a solid stay with some room for improvement.

We had an awesome group trip! Checked out the local mall and enjoyed biking around the area. The rooms were comfy and the breakfast spread was great, especially the cinnamon buns. Perfect spot for a getaway with friends!

my family loved the holiday inn express! it's located close to the mall and the venue we were attending. check-in was easy, and they offered a great breakfast with food that could come to the room! we also enjoyed the anytime tea and coffee in the lobby, which was a nice touch.

In my kids' opinion, the breakfast hours should be a bit longer. It felt rushed some mornings, which isn't ideal for a leisurely family stay.
